I love being able to switch presets by pressing the tour button.  Could you add a quick notification message that shows the name of the preset?  If I have 4 favorite presets, it would be useful to see the name of the one being activated.

Dear anotherlab,
Thanks for your support.
We have the notification message to show the current preset and it needs to allow your computer system reminder functions. If you don't know how to do it, you could email your computer system to us at tourboxtech@gmail.com. Our customer service specialist will be there to help you.
Best Regards,
TourBox

Thank you, I just enabled the notifications.  Once I enable the notifications for the TourBox Console app, the current preset was displayed.  Which takes us to the next problem :| .

If you have more than two favorites and press the tour button multiple times in succession, only the first press is processed.  For example, I have three favorites.  If the current preset is #3 and I want to use #2, I would expect that pressing and releasing the tour button twice would either jump directly to #2 or it would load #1 and then #2.  This does not happen, only the first tour button press is recognized while the notification message is displayed.

For the user, the best experience (at least for me) would be for the TourBox to count the number of short presses of the tour button and wait 500 to 1000 ms after the last press before loading the specified preset.  If the user presses the tour button twice in succession, there is no point in loading the next preset when it will just be overwritten by the preset after that one.

if anyone running Windows 10 has the same issue with not seeing the preset notifications, do the following: Open the Settings app, select "Notifications & actions", scroll down to "TourBox Console.exe" and make sure the setting is set to on".

Looking forward to the switching being "faster" (and I also submitted a request to have pre-sets switch based on the active program), but a related question:

Is there a way to assign switching to a specific preset to a Tourbox key/combination or is the only option currently to roll through the favorite list with the tour button ..?

Dear bastage,
Thanks for reaching us.
We currently could only quickly switch preset with the Tour button by configuring it in the Preferences settings. But we will take your kind suggestions into consideration in future updates. Stay tuned.
Thanks for your support and understanding.

TourBox

I installed both the driver and the new console before seeing any messages not to install the new driver.  My Mac no longer communicates with the tourbox, though it is connected and the light is on.  To I need to reinstall the old driver?  Where do I get it? Before the installation, I was having problems getting it to control Photoshop.
