This release added stuttering/non-responsiveness, while 2.1.2 was very smooth and reactive.

I had a backup of the app, so I deleted 2.1.3 and reinstalled 2.1.2 to get it working properly.

I have attached a video of both versions, I'm running through the video frames and you can see that 2.1.2 is very fluid, while 2.1.3 gets stuck on some frames as I turn my knob (I'm doing the same turning speed on both videos).

Could you please kindly advise us of what is the creative software and the version detail you are testing? And what kind of function you have set to the Knob? Our tech person will test and figure out the problem. Thanks.

Hi guys,

I'm using Photoshop CC 2020 21.2.1, and the function I'm using is the Tall button+Knob to select Previous Frame ( Opt+⌘+] ) and Next Frame ( Opt+⌘+] ) in the Timeline. I don't remember if these keys are the original shortcuts or if I modified them inside PS, but shouldn't matter anyway.

As a side note, neither version of TourBox Console is using much CPU resources (almost nothing) while turning the knob, which is the most demanding function since it's used repeatedly sometimes at high speeds, Photoshop does use a lot of CPU when moving between frames at high speeds, but it has always done that.

I'll keep using TourBox 2.1.2, it works flawlessly and I'm very happy with that version. Hopefully the issue is fixed in 2.1.4 (or whatever version it's next).

Hi Swordlee, 請嘗試使用後綴為.pkg的安裝包進行安裝。這個驅動是第三方，不是我們開發的。app後綴是他們新版的驅動（可能還在測試周期，不太穩定，對有些電腦環境不兼容）。pkg後綴那份是通行了很多年的舊版驅動。
