I have just installed the software for my new tourbox and have a couple of small issues.
On installing I had to turn off windows defender app and browser control and install as admin to get the instil software to work.
once installed and the update completed all appears o be well , but, both the desktop and start menu console icons do not open the console
the only way to open is to use  the taskbar settings menu.
Any suggestions why?
windows 10 64bit
defender disabled using Kasperski anti virus which is also disabled but same issue with the console start up?

The issue might be caused by the fact that TourBox Console has already been opened. Please check whether you enabled automatic opening of Console in the settings, and if so, Console would be opened automatically when you turn on your computer. And that's why you cannot reopen it by clicking the icons on the desktop or in the start menu.
