Can't expand console

Hi, perhaps I'm missing something, but I cannot expand the console interface. The cursor doesn't show any drag handles when hovering/clicking on the window edges, or any other means of dragging or expanding the window.

Regarding the problem you have,

May I ask if you are using dual-screens or more for your work?

If so, please go to display and change the resolution & scale, and the problem should be solved.
